BRIELLE The continuous patter of rain on my window woke me up, droplets still scattering the nascent rays of the rising light. The sound was relaxing, with a peaceful tune and a natural lullaby. I sensed my center when my eyes were closed, and I live happily within myself for these rare moments of isolation.
