***Lanie's POV***
"Don't worry. She's just asleep." I heard mother say as she got up to grab a few things.
"We must keep our promise to her real mother. No one must know who she really is." Mother said as she sighed, looking conflicted. I knew that Mother felt the same as I did. We loved seeing Sophia so happy.
She started to mix some kava for relaxation, black kohosh to subdue the past, and moonflower to help with any side effects of sadness and other ingredients together as she started to speak.
"Adon be teague va. Quarlani'har va ent will aegis va." She spoke quietly as she started to sprinkle the ingredients around and over Sophia.
The mixture started to glow gold as it swirled around her. Mother started to glow as well as her forest green eyes lit up.
