I had left my mother at home as daybreak had started to peek over the horizon. The orange hues made the sight breathtaking as I packed a small bag of necessities. Being an Earth witch, one of our main abilities was the ability to turn into various animals.
I thought of wind flowing beneath my wings as I soared through the forest and mountain tops. I imagined the carefree way that hawks glided through the sky.

Everything started to grow larger around me as my form began to shrink. Gorgeous brown feathers started to cover my arms as they slowly grew into wings.
