Is This Love?

Time passed by swiftly and Livia is preparing to attend the event Joshua invited him into. Since the event is somewhat formal, Livia wore a golden slim fit dress where her slender shape can be easily seen. She matched the dress with her dangling earrings and silver-gold clutch bag. As she was about to leave her room, the doorbell rang. 

"Good...after...noon..." Josh's words were interrupted upon seeing another version of Livia's beauty. He was speechless as he had never seen Livia wearing an elegant dress that matched her petite figure and her angelic face perfectly. He can't take his face off of her.

"Josh? Are you okay? Is my makeup too much or something?" Livia interrupted Josh.

"Oh... Yes. I am okay. I thought I saw an angel." Josh while grinning at her.

"I hope my attire is just right for the occasion." Livia while turning around elegantly.

"Surely. I'm kindda intimidated. I wonder if my over-all appearance matches yours." Josh says blushing while looking at his tuxedo and fixing his cuff. "May I have this privilege to escort you, my lady?" He continued while bowing down and gesturing to receive the hand of Livia.

 "The pleasure is mine..." Livia answered softly while taking the hand of Josh. They went in Josh's car and drove towards the theater.

At the theater, the people passing by looked good in their formal attire but none can match the countenance of Josh being proud to be with a lovely lady like Livia. It seems he is enjoying every moment with her. She led her to her seat and sat down proudly beside her.

"Hey, what's wrong with you? You are in your unusual self..." Livia uttered as she was surprised with how gentlemanly Josh is right now. She can't help but feel her heartbeat pump fast. "What is this I am feeling right now? I am a bit uncomfortable but I like being around him like this..." Livia whispered to herself. Josh, although already handsome in her eyes even in his usual self, has become more handsome in her eyes now that he looked so prim and very manly. She asked herself if this is love she is feeling? Or is it just the mood of the night...

As the classical orchestra started playing, her feeling became more intense as she listened to the music made by the piano and violin combined. When That's All I ask of You from the Phantom of the Opera was about to be played, a beautiful lady and a gentleman came out and started singing. As they were about to reach the chorus, Livia can't help but look at Josh. As her eyes were about to look at him, she found Josh, looking at her too...

"Say you love me every waking moment... turn my head with talk of summertime... Say you need me with you now and always... Promise me that all you say is true... That's all I ask... of... you..." The chorus being sung beautifully by the opera singers. 

The ambiance was so intense that Livia thinks she is in love. Her emotion was taken over by the beautiful music she is hearing. While at the peak of the moment, Livia suddenly felt something warm nearing her hands. It was Josh's hands, begging to be held by her. When the tip of Josh's fingers touched hers, she felt something electrifying that reached her heart. When the song ended, they found themselves clasping each others' hands tightly, as if they never wanted to separate from each other that night...
