Sixty-Six | Planning a Party

Titus

I will never grow tired of being with Cali.

After our day in the cave, we haven’t been able to keep our hands off each other. Every morning before she leaves for school, the second she gets back home, every night before bed- I feel like we’re two insanely horny animals just constantly going at it.

I didn’t realize how much I was depriving both of us due to me keeping her at arm’s length.

Today is her last day in school for the semester and then it’s only one semester left before she will be done with school and will be at the pack full time. Tomorrow starts her following me around so she can see how my daily life is as Alpha so we can try to figure out a plan for her as our Luna.

I’m very proud of how much she wants to be involved. She is absolutely the best person the moon goddess could’ve chosen for me.

I hear her, Eric, Hugh, Olive, and Britt come into the pack house and I smile as I save a document on my computer and rush to go meet them. Cali smiles at me as I come down and wrap her in a tight embrace. She immediately mind links me: I cannot wait to get some time alone with you, but our friends want to discuss planning a party.

I nod in understanding and pull away from her as I ask, “How was the last day of school for this year?”

Olive groans, “I am so glad we only have one more semester until we graduate! But man, I’m going to enjoy every second of this spring break.”

Britt says with a big smile, “Speaking of enjoying every second- Titus we want to throw a party and celebrate!”

I nod and look at Cali and ask, “What do you think of that, my Luna?”

She giggles at my remark and says, “I think it could be a lot of fun!” She looks over at Britt with a smile and asks, “What do you have in mind?”

Britt smiles brightly and asks, “How much do you trust me?”

Cali rolls her eyes, “You want to surprise us?”

She smiles as she nods excitedly and Cali looks at me and says as she shrugs her shoulders, “It’s fine with me as long as it’s fine with Titus.”

Britt looks at me with wide eyes and I nod, “That’s fine.”

Britt begins to cheer loudly and then Cali mind links me telling me something very, very dirty and I immediately pick her up making her squeal. I yell to the others, “We have some business to attend to. We’ll see y’all later!”

I hear them all laugh at me, but I don’t care one bit. I just can’t wait to r****h my mate.

Cal

When Titus and I get done with our session I decide that it would be good for me to go pay Rose a visit. It’s been a few days since I’ve gone to see her.

I smile and wave at pack members as I walk to her house. I knock on the door and smile as she opens up and she says, “Luna, please come in!”

I laugh as I walk in, “Rose, we’ve talked about this.”

She waves her hand dismissing me as she walks over to her kitchen and pulls out some wine glasses and says, “Yeah, yeah, Cal, I know we’ve talked about it. But in front of others or where others can hear me I am going to address you with the respect that you deserve.”

I sigh knowing that I can’t argue with her logic. She passes me a glass and I ask, “Where are the kids?”

“Marcus’ parents wanted to watch the kids for the night.”

I smile, “That sounds nice.”

She nods, “I don’t usually allow sleepovers for the kids because they’re so young, but they only see Marcus’ parents like once a month and I know it’s good for all of us.”

“So, a night to yourself?”

She laughs, “Yeah, it seems that way.”

I ask, “What’s the chances they could keep the kids for a second night?”

She looks at me skeptically and asks, “Why?”

“Well, we’re throwing a party tomorrow night and I think it’s probably been awhile since you’ve gone to a party.”

She smirks at me because we both know I’m right and she says, “That’ll be the first time I’ve ever been away from the kids for more than one night…”

I nod understanding what she means and I respond, “If it’s too soon and you don’t feel ready to that then you don’t have to ask, but it will be a lot of fun.”

She nods and says, “I’ll call them and ask, the worst thing they can say is no, right? And if I really want to see them I can go tomorrow during the day and come back for the party.”

I grin, “That’s the spirit! Mom’s night out!”

She laughs and quickly leaves the room to go call her in laws. I smile as I wait for her. I really hope she’ll be able to have a second night off. I think she could really use the time to herself.
