“How did she come back and through where?” I asked, snapping, completely astonished and flabbergasted. I tried to understand what he was saying, but it was very surprising.
“I don't know how or where, Your Highness,” Ronan replied, with shock evident on his face.
I pulled up the horse's rein to make it go faster, and it trotted back home without informing him. He tried following me immediately but his horse was giving him a hard time and I couldn't wait for him as I wanted to be sure Lilith was really home.
What could have happened? And how did she get back because I'm sure she wasn't there and the absence of her scent confirmed so?
I got to the mansion gates and the guards opened the door immediately, letting us in, and my horse was moving too fast, so I pulled the reins
