Journey to Drunkenness

At 7am the alarm of Mark starts ringing like hell, the alarm is the indication to start the day by going to the gym. Taking a bath is the first thing to do after getting up, then making oatmeal with frozen mixed berries, cooking egg whites for high protein & low calorie breakfast and then packing the things needed before going to the gym. After arriving at the gym, the first thing Mark do is to remove and change his hoodie to a muscle tee, revealing his astonishing built of body that everyone liked and adore by most of the men and women inside the gym. Then Mark starts to stretch and warms up by using bodyweight workout, after Mark is warmed up, then he will begun performing his workout routine such as the chest, triceps and abs. Mark working out, lifting weights such as bench press for chest and finishing his routine with leg raises for abs. After having another good workout session in the morning, Mark said "Goodbye & see you tomorrow guys!" "I might also bring my friends here tomorrow!" he added. After arriving home he immediately contacted his friends. The first person Mark texted is his buddy Al who said " Yes, I would love to! I still need assistance, but yeah I'll go to the gym tomorrow." immediately. Mark said " Don't worry! I'll be your coach." then he proceeded asking the girls. Mark texted to ask if they are interested on working out on the gym tomorrow but Lynne, May, & Jamie wanted to try working out tomorrow, but they are still quite busy. They said " Don't worry we'll join you and Al right away. Maybe next week or next next week. We promise". After Mark got his friends answers regarding their workout at the gym. Mark suddenly fell asleep with a big smile on his face.
