During Game 2 of the doubleheader, during the third inning, Mona, along with other fans close by, was being pelted from the upper deck behind her with empty peanut shells, along with also, random peanut nuts that were both separate from the empty peanut shells, and some peanut nuts being contained still in many of the peanut shells. After the fifth time the peanuts and peanut shells rained down on her, and other fans in close proximity to her, an incensed Mona got up and strode quickly up the aisle down the concourse and up the ramp to the upper deck. There she spied in the first row twenty year old Willie Jorgensen, a transistor board installation radio manufacturing technician for Emerson Electric tossing peanut shells onto the fans below.
