Chapter 13 – Sera
Shit!.
I fumbled with the hem of my t shirt, tugging it down so fast that the fabric stuck to my damp skin. My fingers were clumsy and my brain too was busy running through worst case scenarios like a maniac.
Kael didn’t even look at me , at least not right away. His attention was on the muddy pile in the corner, his jaw was tight. And I was silently praying that he didn't notice the sports bra.
“You left them there?” he said, nodding toward the mess like it personally offended him.
Relief hit me so hard that I almost swayed. He wasn’t looking at bra, He hadn’t seen it! Thank God,that would have been a total disaster.
