The Enforcer's Mate

Chapter 8

Alec sat on his bed and waited. He knew that Elizabeth was mad that he didn't tell her anything about his past and who he was but who could blame him. Every other female Alec met, including Sophia, was only after him because of his position. He wanted to find a woman who would love him, and he knew that Elizabeth would be the one, but he also knew that she would come back when she was ready. If Alec tried to chase after her, he knew that she would be even madder and not come back if he tried to chase after her. Alec put his head in his hands when he heard the door open. "Alec?" He listened. When he looked up, Elizabeth was standing there, fidgeting with her hands.

Elizabeth walked back to Alec's room, nervous the whole time. "Would he still be mad? What if he was furious at me?" She thought as she stood outside his door. Finally, she gathered her courage up and opened the door. The sight in front of her eyes almost brought tears to her eyes. Alec sat on the bed, and he looked so depressed. Almost like he was a small child who got their toy taken away from them. "Alec I'm sorry, I didn't realize how much it killed you to hide it from me. Can you ever forgive me?" Elizabeth asked as the tears began to form in her eyes.

Alec was looking up at Elizabeth, and when he saw the tears starting to form in her eyes, he was quick to get up and hold her in arms. "Angel, relax it was all my fault for not trusting you enough, but I do remember something from my past. It was the night that I met Damien. As we were talking outside, I saw two figures watching us, and as I looked at them, I realized that one was a female and the other was a male. I caught the scent, and I thought it was impossible, the male smelled like Damien, and the female carried my scent as well as her scent. How is that possible angel?" HE asked. "It was Damien's power he can show the past, but he didn't say that anyone could see us while we were in the past," Elizabeth answered. "Well it was more of I could only make shapes out, but it was the scents that gave you away from more than anything. That moment gave me more hope than anything before that moment. I realized that I would have a mate, and I could easily tell that is wasn't Sophia, which meant that the feminine shape was my true mate. I never looked back after that moment, and instead, I looked toward the future with the excitement that I would meet my mate eventually." Alec replied as he smiled at her

Elizabeth smiled back at him and treed her arms around Alec. "How could I ever be mad at you for long. Alec, you are my mate, and even though you treat me like a fragile girl, I am no longer the girl that I was when I was younger. Allow me to fight beside you. I want to be with you through all the difficult and good times." Elizabeth said. She looked up at Alec and was shocked by his face.

When Elizabeth asked to stay by his side, Alec quickly became mad. "How can you ask that? Of course not. You will remain in the safety of wherever we are staying. Being my mate means that there are certain things that you must do. Fighting is not one of the things that you have to do. Being by my side when we have some special event will be the majority of your job." Alec said

Elizabeth looked up at him and then down at her feet. She began to struggle in the cage that was Alec's arms. "Let go of me, Alec. I can not believe you just said that after everything we went through. I am a fighter, not a lover. I plan on being by your side we other you want me there or not. I may not be immortal like you. However, I am still a fighter. You can't keep me in a gilded cage for the rest of our lives." She said. As Elizabeth struggled, she managed to get free from his arms and glare at him. "Elizabeth, please understand if I am not able to protect you; it makes me look weak as a man and a leader. What kind of person would want to follow me if I could not even protect the most important person in my life? Who would even consider listening to me if I could not protect my own family? I love you immensely my angel; however, you must understand how important you are the enforcers. You are hoping for everyone. Hope that we can bounce back, hope that other enforcers will find their mate. Hope that now children can be born without the parents worrying about losing them while they are so young. My angel, you are my everything, and to everyone else you are hope." Alec pleaded with her.

Elizabeth looked back at him "And you must understand, I have stood by my own two feet for years I was hardly protected and cared for. Everything I had was because of my own merits. My job, my life, everything. I can't just give this lifestyle up on a dime. I am my person, and I will never give it up without a fight." Elizabeth said, crossing her arms over her chest and glaring at Alec.

"Do you realize how sexy you look when you glare at me?" Alec asked the lust and passion filling his gaze. " don't you even try and change the subject; this discussion is not over." She answered. "Who said this conversation was over, I vote we postpone it until a later date, after all, we won't have that much more time alone before everyone, and their mother will be seeking us out to both congratulate us and also size us up," Alec said as he disappeared.

Elizabeth looked around the room for him, and when she didn't see him, she was about to back up when her back hit something substantial. She turned around, and there stood a naked from the waist up Alec. "Now my angel, why don't we have a little fun. If anything, I will make you surrender to the passion just like last night." Alec whispered into her ear. Elizabeth couldn't help but shiver from excitement at that statement. Slowly but surely, Alec lowered Elizabeth onto the bed, and he hovered over her. "Allow me to show you the pleasure that comes with having a mate," Alec whispered to Elizabeth, slowly capturing her lips with his lips. Elizabeth's moan could be heard from within Alec's mouth.

As Alec broke the kiss, Elizabeth said: "I thought I already knew the pleasure of having a mate, after all, I've got you don't I?" "That may be true my angel; however, as your mate, it is my job to see to both your pleasure and your happiness," Alec said as he slowly removed her clothes. After he removed her clothes, his hands began to run the length of her body. He slowly caressed her thighs then her stomach and ending up with both of her boobs in his hands. As he straddled her, Alec gave her boobs a gentle squeeze, and as he did she moaned with pleasure

"Alec, please more." Elizabeth moaned when he squeezed her breasts. "If you want more angel, you have to tell me where you want me to touch," Alec whispered as he brought his mouth to her breast. Slowly he put his mouth over the n****e, and Alec began to suck on the n****e. Elizabeth looked at him with passion filled eyes as Alec messed around with her body. Finally, he took his mouth away from her n****e, then said. "I hope you are ready for the rest of the night because tonight I am not going to let you sleep." Elizabeth nodded and watched as Alec adjusted himself. Soon she saw him smile, "If you're ready angel." Alec whispered. Elizabeth nodded, and before she could stop, he thrust himself deep inside of her. "AHHH," Elizabeth said as he continued to move in and out of her. "God baby, you are so tight, were you that stimulated angel?" Alec asked. Elizabeth couldn't talk, but she nodded, enjoying the waves of pleasure that shook her body.

When Elizabeth woke up the next morning, she was curled up in Alec's arms. He was sleeping peacefully as she looked at him, his eyes slowly opened, and his bright green eyes bore into her own eyes. "Good morning, angel, did you enjoy last night?" Alec asked, hugging her a little tighter. Elizabeth's face flushed bright red at that comment and tried to bury her face under the covers. Alec, however, would not allow that and placed his hand under her chin. He gently pulled her face up to look at it, and he then said, "Angel no matter what there will be nothing in this world that can break us apart. You are my angel, and we will be together for the rest of our lives."

As Alec pulled Elizabeth's face up, he looked straight into her blue eyes. They shone as bright as the clearest lake. She was flushed red, and he couldn't help but smile. She was just as beautiful as when he first laid eyes on her. "Soon, my angel, I hope that we are blessed with a new life. If we are this new life will be hope for everyone." Alec promised as he slowly kissed her.
