As I loaded my suitcase in the trunk, I couldn’t help but think about how familiar Carrefour sounded. I know I have heard that name before, I just can’t remember where. Hopefully I can figure it out soon otherwise it might drive me insane. As I closed the trunk, I felt Alexi pat me on the back.
“I would go with you if I could Daniel. Especially since it’s supposedly a long depressing drive. To nowhere. Nothing but grass and cows and road on your travels. All alone--”
“You don’t have to rub it in Lexi! And why can’t you come with me, huh? It would go faster if there were two of us. I’m just saying.”
