Janessa's POV
“Jordan.” I clasped my hands against my face.
“If you don't get your too-confident-for-no-reason ass away from me you'll get a query from HR by morning.”
I warned him. He stood in my way at our department door.
“Move.”
“Ness, let me take you home. I've never seen you like this. We don't have to be enemies as exes.” he tried again.
“You don't even have a car. So how are you gonna take me home?”
I walked back to my seat, ready to ignore him till he goes- without causing a scene.
