My heart was still beating fast after I got into the car. I might be lucky that I am able to escape from Elijah tonight, but since he knew that I was here in London, I am not safe anymore.
Logan is being understanding. He drove away as soon as I told him we had to leave the place.
He drove the car in silence while occasionally checking on me, but I looked away.
“We’re here.” He said, stopping the car.
“Why are we at your home? I thought you were supposed to bring me back to my place?” I looked around, confused.
