My arranged hubby is my personal tutor

So here it goes!!!! Evelyn's I got a call from my dad this morning. It's shocking cause he hasn't called nor visited me for the past few weeks. "Good morning pops" i greeted him. "Morning sunshine" he replied. Now that's more shocking, my dad called me sunshine "Dad, are you alright" I asked. "yeah. Why not?" he said chirpily. God. Well, something's wrong with my dad. Well, it's unusual for my dad to be chirpy and friendly. Ever since my mom Passed away when i was 8 which was 10 years ago. My dad never showed me any parental love. i was kept with my grandma but she died when by was 10. So I raised myself, even though I had a super rich dad who only gave me luxuries and no love. "I was wondering if you could visit me today". Now I get why all this charade. "Why not, meet you soon" i said, and hung the call up. i had my breakfast, had my bath and changed into a nice baggy t-shirt with a mini skirt and heels. i had to dress this way to show my dad that I'm doing fine despite his lack of love for me. Mum's love keeps me going. i styled my hair and did a little touch here and there on my face, then grabbed my phone and keys and drove out of my house. I'm not living alone, i'm living with my bestie, who is also rich and gets all the love and attention from both her parents. "Darling, you're here" he said, coming to greet me. I ignored the hug by walking away like i didn't see it coming. "What,s it dad. it's unlike you to be all sweet and rosy" i said "C'mon I'm sweet and rosy "he said "No you're not .you're more like . "I'm sorry Eve, I couldn't make it , i'll make up for it OK"." I said. "I'm not that bad. Well to the business of the day" I called a butler to help me get a diet drink they had. After being delivered, i told him to continue. "Good, you're getting married " he beamed at me like he had just said something funny. I laughed hard thinking it was a joke. "really dad" i said. "Yeah honey, I'm dead serious " he said this time around, without an indifferent look. 'No, never" I said simply. "Oh yes, you have no choice. Also, I'll send you the meeting. Okay, bye, I have a conference to attend with some developing companies. Bye Evelyn", then he walked and drove off. That's how my world began to crumble into pieces.
