Ethan waited until Brenda and Ian left before he spoke. "Listen, Zayn. If…she gets worse, tell us immediately. I don't care if we end up not catching the killer. You tell us, okay?"
I nodded and Ethan released a breath, stepping aside. "I need to catch up with Ian before he leaves and hand him his phone." He moved out of the room, leaving me alone with Aryanna.
