Chapter- 46 " You're mine, mine alone "

                 Ella hugged his waist and looked up to meet his eyes. He was looking at her like he had conquered the whole world.

He was making an emotional expression, with mist on his eyes making his bluish gray eyes shone like a precious stone. She raised her hands up caressed his hair softly and said, " Why are you getting emotional, you should be happier. "

His nuzzled made her feel tickled all the way through her heart and she loved the feeling, with a smile and her eyes closed she said, " I love you too, very very much. "

She bend her head down kissing the top of his head and rubbed her face against his hair.

Al tighten his grip around her and she said with a laugh, " Al, I can't breathe. "

He let go of her and holding her arms asked, " I'm sorry, are you okay? I was just so happy. "

The big man who had been living all his life, be it past or present as a fearless, strong and powerful man was acting timid and weak to please the one he loved.

She smiled and said, " It's fine, I'm okay. "

They smiled and before they went back Ella took one last look at the tree and said, " Did you prepare all these? "

Al hugged her from the back and said, " Yes, but I let some workers help in placing up the lanterns. " He rested his chin against her head.

She smiled and said, " Thank you for all these Al. Iam really happy. "

He turned her to face him and said, " No problem besides from now on I will do everything for you so tell me if you want anything. "

She laughed and looked at him with sparkling eyes, she felt like she had found the reason for bearing all her hardships this far, she thought that it was all so that she could meet this man again and be lucky enough to be loved by him.

Al suggested, " It's getting dark shall we go back? "

Just before they reached the car it started hailing, instead of looking for shelter they ran through it laughing while holding hands like little kids.

They reached the car and Al took out a towel and rubbed off the water in Ella's head, they were not that wet as the rain wasn't that heavy.

After that he wiped himself and said, " Damn, that was supposed to be a perfect date. " He said with a disappointed smile.

Ella laughed, " Hahaha, you just cursed... I can't believe the devine prince just prince. " Her laughs were almost always quiet, like a small muffled giggles and he stared at her adorably.

He was melting with happiness on the inside but he acted grumpy and said, " I'm only a human and since I've been living as a normal guy in this life I can't help it. "

They both stared into each other with a smile and Al took her hand and kissed the back of it lightly and said, " Let's go. "

They drove back the same distance accompanied by small pieces of hail and light drops of rain. It was truly a day to remember on.

Back home Iri and Jace were acting like an old couple, Iri acting the part of a grumpy old lady and Jace a docile little old man.

When Ella brought Jace his medicine in the afternoon, he thanked her and told her, " I'll be fine, you should go to your work. Aren't you busy these days? "

Iri told him that it was fine and she doesn't have much work for the day. But every time she tried to help him, he kept telling her that she didn't need to and he'll be fine alone.

She went out of his room but instead of going to her room she went to the living room as if telling him that if he come and apologise she won't be angry anymore.

Jace saw her and clearly understood what was on her mind, he smiled a bit before displaying a remorseful expression. He sat alone for a while but finally walked down and went to where Iri was.

He smiled and said, " Iri? Are you still mad. " She pretended like she didn't hear him, she wasn't going to forgive him easily.

He made a saddened expression and sat next to her with a few centimeter apart. He spoke up in a low voice, " I'm sorry, I was wrong. I just don't want you to see me in this weak state, I told you I'll protect you but in the end you're always the one taking care of me. I also feel like I don't deserve such care from you even though I always feel happy whenever you do. "

He was making a regretful and sorrowful face as an act to earn forgiveness from her but it was also his real feelings.

He saw that she was still being gentle and kind even in that situation so he hold the hands which were on his face and with a smile pretended that he was feeling pain just to protect her pride and ego.

Sira saw them in a such a lovely atmosphere and giggled quietly saying, " Sweet young days. "

After they had made up they noticed that it was raining and Iri said, " I wonder how they are, it's about to rain heavily. "

Jace said, " They must be fine don't worry. " And following his words Al and Ella opened the door and entered saying, " We're back!"
