DESMOND I stepped out of the shower as quickly as possible. If Ana wasn't here I would have spent more time than usual in the shower. At the same time, I was anxious. Ana wasn't really fond of me and the fact she was here meant something serious had happened. I could only hope it wasn't as bad as I estimated. I briskly threaded down the stairs and headed straight to the living room. "Ana…" I called in a solemn note and she frowned. She arose immediately. "Where were you when you were needed the most?" She questioned and I frowned. "I called your number several times this morning but you didn't even pick. It took me quite a while just to get in here…" She lamented and I sighed. "In case you don't know, I had my fair share of misfortunes today. I wasn't going to entertain guests today
