I cradled Elena to my chest, I had covered her in my jacket as I carried her back to the car. How did she even get out here by herself? Looking at her feet, I might have an idea. I opened the car door and put her in the back seat, I needed to get her to the hospital. I got into the driver side and drove straight to the hospital.
