As soon as we stepped foot in the private wing of the hospital, I saw a lot of doctors and nurses outside of the Alpha's room, busy talking and arguing. As soon as their eyes settled on Dermont and I, all of the arguing was over. "Luna, Beta" one of the doctors said as he approached us. I didn't recognize him, I haven't seen him before at all. I looked at Dermont, who just nodded his head at me, signaling to me that it was okay to trust this doctor.
"Doctor Matthews, nice to meet you, Luna. I am in charge of overseeing all the medical aspects of the Alpha" he said as he shook my hand.
