"Sorry young master, your father is busy. You are not permitted to come into his room." The bodyguard, standing shield in front of my father's room, forbade me to enter.
"How dare you ban me?" I asked the bald man. He was Edward, the most loyal beta bodyguard who had served our family over for years.
"I'm just obeying orders, young master," he said - still blocking the entrance to my father's room.
"Tell my dad I'd like to see him. We have something important to talk about."
"But your father told me not to go into his room unless he called me."
