My Pack, My Family!!

Third-person POV

Xavier was sipping his coffee, all the while thinking about his little gem. He was in a messed-up situation. He hated that human girl but it was getting harder for him to control his primal desires around her. Their mate bond was starting to show its charm. It was making Rose's scent stronger and more enticing day by day, making it hard for him to resist her and the worst part was that this would continue until they mate. But it's not only that, his beast Zain has been relentless since yesterday. He wants to take over and mark his beautiful mate.

Xavier was thinking about finding some middle ground when Sandra, his third in command and the best warrior of his pack mind linked him that Jennifer is now awake.

Yesterday in his office when Christian suspected Jennifer, he sent out his trackers only to find out that Sandra already caught her. He wanted to interrogate her, but she was unconscious due to Sandra's "soft-handling". He locked Jennifer up in the dungeons but he was craving blood so he went to the other cell where the other five rogues were locked up who had come with Jasper to attack the pack.

****Flashback****

"So are you all willing to give me some answers or should we make our hospitality more pleasurable for you all?" Xavier queried callously. He was bloodthirsty today. He kept thinking about what could have happened if he hadn't reached there on time? What would have happened to her, to his people?

And this was enough for him to rotate the wheel one more time. The knives, bathed in wolf's bane, pierced further into their flesh.

He was rewarded with their painful cries, it was soothing for his ears.

The five rogues were tied up to a pole and the sharp silver knives, drenched in wolf's bane, were attached to the pole, penetrating deep into their skin, as he rotates the wheel.

"Ahh!!!...pl..please Alpha...We were fools to agree with him. Ughh!! We didn't know that he...he was going to attack your pack otherwise we wouldn't have helped him. Please, Alpha forgive us! Let us go!!" One among them eventually spoke with all the courage he could muster. But Xavier was far from giving forgiveness.

He was seeing red.

The aura he was emitting was so strong and deadly that even Christian and Sandra were engulfed in cold shivers. Even they couldn't keep their Lycans safe from feeling what their alpha was feeling at that moment.

Xavier got up from his comfortable chair and went over to them. It was all dark and the only light in that cell was cast over those five.

He gritted his teeth and clutched one's jaw so hard that he screamed with the pain as he broke his jaw. But Xavier wasn't satisfied, he wanted to give them a severely torturous death.

"I am asking for the last time. Who is your leader? Who are you working for? Where did you all learn to hypnotize?" He growled so loud that some of them peed their pants. His eyes resembled the clouds of fire. His beast wanted to come out and feast on their hearts.

"We are telling the truth. Jasper was our only leader and you already… killed him. We don't know...we really don't know who he was working for. And we don't know hypnotism too well. J...just the basics. He was the only one who taught us." One of them spoke in a jittery voice. They were trying really hard to hypnotize Xavier as well but their wolf's had already submitted to him. They have no strength left to face him, much less to hypnotize him.

Mark and Skull, his interrogating specialist's, had already beaten them black and blue.

"Hmmm" Xavier's response and less intimidating expression gave them a little hope that maybe he would let them go. But they couldn't have been more wrong, and they realized it in the next second.

"I don't think they have anything else to tell us. They are of no use to us. But..." He turned around, looking like Lucifer himself, and in a low, malicious tone with venom dripping off his every word, he declared "....nobody gets to come into my lands and harm my people. This pack is mine and everyone living here is my family. Get ready to meet your maker, pups."

He ordered Mark and Skull to peel their skin off with the silver knives, pour wolf's bane over their whole body and then burn them. Alive.

"NOOO!! Alpha Xavier!!! Mercy!! Please let us go!! Forgive us!!" But he didn't give a single f***k as he sat back in his chair to watch the show of their slow, agonizing deaths. Their painful deaths didn't affect him one bit. He even ordered Christian to pass the word along to rival packs, this is how we deal with our enemies. This is what happens when you cross Alpha Xavier Black.

And he knows it doesn't end here.

***Flashback ends****

He got up and made his way down to where Jennifer was locked up. He didn't want to go soft on her but since she is a female, he will leave everything to Sandra.

Sandra was an incredible warrior, a tall girl with a great physic and tomboy personality. Her dark brown eyes resembled her short brown hair and she has tattoos all over her hands and back.

She wasn't afraid of anybody except... Elena. She never knows what her little firecracker is getting up to. Just like now her firecracker Elena, is calling Rose to talk her ears off.

Rose was back at her work, making today's schedule for Xavier. He has only one meeting lined up with the accountants to prepare next month's budget for the pack and also has a visit scheduled to his companies in the human lands. He is not only the Alpha of Redmoon pack but also the CEO of many companies. She was arranging the time when her phone rang.

It was Elena.

"Hey!"

"What hey? Where the f**k was your phone all this time? Why do you even have a phone if you can't pick up the damn calls?"

Elena was so worried when she and the other students in the school came to know about the rogue trying to kidnap Rose. Some didn't give a f**k, some were feeling bad for the girl and some were really, really happy.

But Elena and her friends were scared for her. It got them thinking, why only her? She has never even harmed a fly so then why her? However, there was someone else who also felt unsettled after hearing about it.

Amanda.

"Woah, Woah!! Relax lady Undertaker. Just don't outright attack me" Rose chuckled, thinking that she would never change.

"You don't know what she will do if you don't answer her about what happened yesterday in the next second!" Came Lake's voice.

"Are you also there?" Rose asked in amusement.

"I am also here. We are all here at her house. Yes, we eat our lunch. The weather is nice. Now tell us about you, Cupcake. We are hella worried for you!" Sam spoke with eagerness in his voice.

Rose giggled but explained everything to them including becoming the psycho's PA but smartly concealing all the things that happened in the woods and in Xavier's room.

It was something she wanted to keep between them. Something personal that she didn't want to share with anybody.

"Why? Why would you go into his room Rose? What are you, a magnet for all the problems?" Lake teased her.

"Hey! It's okay! Maybe being in some hot guy's company will change her and she will become a naughty lass " Elena giggled.

Rose's cheeks turned red listening to her and she remembered something which didn't help one bit.

This girl has no filter, she thought while her friends laughed.

She changed the topic effortlessly and asked them about themselves.

But Lake was correct. She was a magnet for all sorts of problems.

A beautiful magnet.

She forgot all about the time and her work. She talked and joked with them for a half-hour but suddenly she came to her senses when she looked at her computer screen.

"Oh f**k! I am so dead today! I'll talk with you all later. Bye!" She hung up abruptly and typed only one letter when the bell rang in her office, telling her the devil was back. And the work wasn't complete.

Fuckkkk!!!!! She thought.

Xavier was already very angry at whatever happened in the dungeons. When he came to his office he thought the only way to relax and calm himself down was work so he called Rose into his office but he didn't know that she was going to make him even angrier.
