Fuck. I am dead. I am so dead. Why Rose? Why?!

I had only made up half of the schedule when the asshole called me into his office.

To his den.

And I don't want to go! Maybe if I pretend that I didn't hear him, perhaps he'll forget? I thought to myself but to my dismay, he yet again issued the death decree in the form of the bell. And this time more angrily.

Fuck I have to go.

I remembered the words that he spoke to me this morning in his manly voice.

"Rose, get two things straight in your mind.

A.You will never barge in my office, like you did last time. You will knock three times and will wait for my command before coming inside.

B. I am very particular about my work. I want my things to be done in the way I told you and in the given time. You are my secretary. My personal secretary. Your work will sometimes be personal as well. And do remember, if you fail any of your tasks, your punishment will also be on… a personal level. "

Gulping hard I made my way to his office door and knocked thrice.

"Come in," he spat.

Oh no!

Taking a deep breath, I made my way inside. The atmosphere was tense and his words didn't help one bit to calm me.

"Do you need a hearing aid?" He hissed.

I bit my lips and muttered "sorry" softly.

He was sitting behind his desk. His hair was messy, as if he raked his hands through it many times and my fingers itched to touch it. His forehead was a little sweaty too. His gray, stormy eyes were brooding and his sharp jaw was clenched. The top two buttons of his shirt were open giving a glimpse of his scar and his sleeves were folded up showing his veiny arms. So different from his morning look. Has something happened?

"This human is slow in every damn sense of the word, and always needs f*****g rescuing" he raked his hand through his hair again and hissed to himself. Okay, something's definitely happened. Something that means even small things were infuriating him.

As if you did something extraordinary to be born as a lycan. The words were on the tip of my tongue but I didn't dare utter them.

Raking his eyes all over my body in a quick heated glance, he took a deep breath and ordered me in his usual rough, manly voice.

"Give me my schedule." He wiggled his fingers while I kept standing near the door with the incomplete schedule in my hand. Okay f**k, here we go.

"Umm...Sir...The--" I stuttered but he rudely cut me off.

"What?" He barked and I flinched.

"It is not complete yet" I spoke hurriedly and not looking into his eyes once.

"And may I know why?" He gritted his teeth and his voice dropped an octave. I shivered listening to him.

"I...I needed time to figure out how to do it. And by the time I got it. You...You already called me" I lied while biting my lip. Of course, it was easy. His previous PA arranged the note properly but my careless ass forgot it as I kept talking to my friends. And for obvious reasons, his eyes were getting darker as he fisted his hands.

"Moon Goddess, you can't even do an easy task. I was right. You humans are good for nothing!" His tone was so cold and so were his eyes. His aura and his scent were too much for me. I looked down at my feet. It was my own fault. But I was feeling something weird when he was talking to me like that. Not just angry but something else as well.

"I am sorry Sir. But it has nothing to do with me being human. Just give me 5 minutes. I will complete it." I spoke as politely as I could but still, my voice had a rough edge.

What is happening to me?

"Everything starts with you being a human!" He growled as if accusing me of something while slamming his hand on the desk.

I cringed but still, something stirred in me.

I should have kept my mouth shut but...

"Then let me go and find a new PA for yourself if I am so incompetent" I couldn't help but bite those words out.

I fisted my hands and looked directly into his eyes. Although his aura was making it so hard for me to not submit, yet I was challenging him. How, I don't know.

"You don't get to tell me what to do!" He growled so loud, breaking his pen in half that he was holding. He wasn't just angry but also irritated by me and I couldn't help but smirk. The best part was, he noticed. I think it's my new entertainment, to rile him up. The way his lips were pressed in a thin line, the way his eyes were blazing fire. It was intimidating for sure, but also...satisfying. Watching and uncovering reactions from this beautiful, d**k-head creature.

I was so involved in my thoughts that I didn't notice his signature smirk was creeping up his face again.

"I hope you do remember that I told you if you couldn't complete your work on time or didn't do it properly, you would be punished or you are too slow to remember even that?" he snorted while relaxing back on his royal looking chair.

And now it was my time to give a reaction.

I gulped hard before trying to reason with him but like every fûcking time, he cut me off.

"Come here" His gravelly voice was low but commanding. He was sitting with his right foot on his left knee and his fingers tapping on it, looking so lethal. His posture was dominating and so was his voice.

"Wh...What?" No Rose, be confident. I tried to support my quivering self.

"So slow in hearing too? Tsk. Tsk." He smirked.

"Why?" I asked while gritting my teeth and fisting my hand so hard that my knuckles hurt.

"To get your punishment. Now come here, you've already wasted too much of my time" his tone was harsh but his eyes contained a glint. The same glint that I had seen in them, in the woods. The atmosphere has changed again here but, in a different way that I couldn't yet decipher.

This time I couldn't help but submit to him. I went over to his table but he slid his chair back and parted his legs, indirectly commanding me to come between him and the desk.

My eyes widened and I rooted myself to the spot. No way am I going there!

Watching me not moving, his eyes turned darker and in a cold yet commanding tone he ordered.

"Now Rose" Goosebumps appeared on my skin and my breathing started to become heavy. I gulped down the nervousness that formed in my throat and went to where he wanted me. I think his lips twitched a little but he hid it before I could confirm. He looked at me like I was his prey.

I was sandwiched between him and the desk as he slid his chair back in closer to me. His scent was driving me crazy and the heat that he was emitting from his eyes made my cheeks hot. He had put both of his hands beside my waist on the table.

He was so close, his face was near my chest. Despite this height difference, I felt like he was towering over me.

I wanted this to be over quickly so I asked him in a jittery voice.

"N...Now what?"

"Bend over, Ms. Rose Stone '' his voice was husky and deep. My breathing hitched in my throat when I comprehend what he said.

"What?!" My voice raised a pitch but I didn't care. What in the world! I will never bend into that weird position. My ass will be on display for his eyes. And what is he trying to do???

"I said bend over little gem" his gravelly voice made me weak in my knees. The endearment he used made me gasp. His eyes were so intense. Up this close all the details of his face were visible. It was affecting me.

"No," I muttered.

"Yes, you will" he whispered, trailing his hot fingers on my face to my lips. His gray orbs tracing every movement.

"I...I will tell everybody" I tried to threaten him but it didn't come out as I intended. He chuckled and wrapped his hand firmly around my neck. It wasn't painful but definitely an indication of what he could do in just the blink of an eye. The sparks were distracting me.

"Do you think I care? Now bend" his aura made me submit and I bent over in that compromising position. I turned around and bent on his desk with my hands on either side of my face. The cool surface didn't help to cool my hot self.

"Let's begin, shall we?"

Hey guys, This is the sixth time I am uploading this chapter. I don't know what the hell is happening but every time I upload it, it isn't showing. Now I am putting it on the time upload. I do hope it works(fingers cross)
