I hastened up my steps and ran as fast as my legs could take me, to catch up with them.
"Where have you been? How come you are struggling to catch up with us, did you go anywhere else?" Sevilla quizzed as they caught sight of me running behind them.
I shot him a glance, panting heavily, with my hands inclined on my knees as I gasped for air. "It's nothing serious, I only went to give the guards some stern warnings to not let all our efforts of keeping Cecilia there be in vain."
"You did what?" Sevilla yelled and gripped my neck furiously, panting in a quivering manner. "Don't tell me you let Cecilia see you coming out. You fool! You have just ruined all our plans."
