MERIDA'S POV
I dashed out of the room to see what was happening. The sky was tinted with a black and red coloration. My confusion piqued, I wanted to know what exactly was going on. The sound came on the second time and I hid immediately behind the security door to take cover.
I was baffled when neither Jude nor Raymond came out of the palace at the strange sounds in the palace. Could it be that they were not hearing what I heard? Or was I hallucinating? No! I was sure I heard the sound clearly.
I was sure of what I heard, for the fact that it had sounded twice now.
I expected them to be out here now, at least to see to it that everything and everyone in the palace were safe.
