To calm the guard's inquisitiveness, I tried as much as possible not to raise his hopes high anymore. Like he said earlier, it would be better if I just went straight to the point of whatever I wanted to say, rather than waste more of his time and put him into more danger of being caught discussing with me.
"You have to relax, I'll definitely tell you the reason why you are here but right now, all you have to do for me is to put your ears and your full attention to whatever I am about to say to you. Mind you, if at the end of the day, you expose whatever we discussed here to anyone at all, you will have yourself to blame." It was important I let him know all these on time so that he is aware what he was about to sign up for.
