“I promise Jay, I will stay out of trouble and reach out to you immediately if I find myself in any kind of danger,” Avery said with a coy smile. He pulled her close in a warm hug. “Do you have any plans for today?” he asked his wife. “I planned to go perform the last funeral right for my Dad today. Mom wanted to throw Dad’s ashes into the river herself but her health kept deteriorating. The last time I went to see her, she asked me to do it on her behalf so Dad would get eternal rest.” she replied with a cracked voice. “It's fine Avery, I'll drive you there.” She turned to him amazed “Why? Aren't you going to the office today?” “My family comes first. It's my time to perform the duties of a son-in-law and pay him my last respect.” A gentle smile forms across the corners of her lips. “Now stand up and take your shower. Let me go and make us something for breakfast,” he said, pulling Avery got out of bed. As Avery stood up, he admitted how much she kept growing beautifully with each passing day. She turned over and saw Jay still staring at her. “I thought you said you were going to make breakfast?” She asked with her hands lightly on her hips. “And no one told me staring at my wife is a crime.” He teased back. Jay knows how to make her swallow her words inside of her so easily. She rolled her eyes over at him, as she stepped into the shower. Just then, a knock sounded on the door. Before he could say, Jack, Rosie was already in his room, partially naked in her see-through laced nightwear. Jack swallowed hard! “What are you doing here?” he asked with a deep scowl on his face and clenched fist. “Relax baby, don't you miss us? I'm here to give you back what you’ve been missing all these years” she said seductively. “I said get out!” Jay burst out in a rage. “Jay, is anybody there with you?” Avery asked from the shower. “Don’t worry Baby, I will handle it“ he assured her. Rosie looked at Jay angrily and burst out. “Don't tell me you have thrown all we had for six years away because of a random low-class girl you met. What does she have that I don't? Is it the ass, the boobs? Just name what it is. I came back for you and this is how you are going to treat me? “ “There you go again ranting about boobs and ass. Is that why you went to get your body done? Rosie, let me tell you something. If you have any silly ideas nurturing up in your head, you have to let them go because there is no path, we will end up together. You keep talking about Avery. I want you to keep her name out of your mouth. Yes, she might be from a poor backdrop but her mind is far more enlightened, well-composed, and smarter than you are!” he said in a baritone and firm voice. “And let this be the very last time you try this nonsense in my matrimonial room!” he added before shoving her out of the room.
