Years ago, when his mother brought him to the Redmoon Pack, Ezekiel was just eight years old.
He had grown up like any other human in a little town called Luckytown. He went to school, had friends, and was the best student in his class until he turned eight and everything went wrong.
On the full moons, he felt feverish, like he wanted to peel off his skin. He heard voices in his head. He started craving raw meat and wondered what blood would taste like.
At first, he was afraid his mother would think he wasn't normal. So he never spoke of it. Instead, he hid and stole raw meat from the fridge late at night and ate in the dark in his room.
