Athena's POV  I hate mondays. Why do they even exist...oops where are my manners my name is Athena I am 22 years old I am a mermaid a mermaid queen to be exact. I was never supposed to rule my parents died when I was 15 my brother was 18 so he took over but when I was 18 he died so I had to take over. Like other supernatural creatures we believe in the moon godess and have mates I was supposed to get mine when I was 18 but I have to be strong for my kingdom. Enough about me if I zone out one more time my friends will not be happy. They work with me just like a werewolf pack we have a second and third in command, also a head worrier. My second in command is the daughter of my parents best friend and my closest friend josie we look alike and talk at the same time a lot of people think we are twins my third in command is also my friend danielle she keeps the peace and is easy to scare. My head worrier was my very skilled friend amiya she is head strong. That leaves the rest of my friends kat, kayden,and caleb the are equally as important but if I explained it all we would be here for days.
