Asher rushed towards the Hunters' base, his heart chaotic. He had a bad feeling since earlier and decided to check on Serah. But finding the library left unattended, with no sign of her, he feared the worse. Leaving his vehicle behind, he used his power to its full extent, breaching the distance to the base in record speed. He paid no attention to the guards stationed outside but still managed to notice the conspicuous look they shared. His infuriation reached its record peak and it could be felt through the reverberations in the silent main hall as he barged in.
"What did you do to her?" He demanded Vincent, immediately advancing towards the momentarily stricken old man.
Vincent's face rapidly morphed with irritation. "What's the meaning of this, Asher?"
