The barbecue joint was not that far from the hospital and was within one of the food streets in the inner districts of the city. The street had three intersections in the southward direction, and the high school that we used to attend was near the second one. The street bustled with activity even though it was eight in the night and the barbecue joint seemed to thrive well as it only had two empty tables. Cloud and I chatted while we had drinks, and a bunch of empty beer bottles filled up our table soon after.
