Surprise

Physics class the bane of my existence. Just hold your head down Morgan and go to the back of the class. I sat to the back right of the classroom, close to a window. It is the perfect spot, Richard sits directly in front of me.

"Hey Morgan can I borrow a pen" Richard turned around smiling.

"First day of school, First class of the day even and you got no pen eh ?", I responded as I went into my bag and handed him a pen.

Then while Mr Thompson's back was turned Robert slipped into my class and took the seat right beside me.

"You don't take physics", I told him.

"No s**t Sherlock, I want to talk to you" he smirked.

"Robert go to class",I commanded.

"Nope, teacher ain't there anyways", he snapped back.

I turned away from him, he's skipping, the i***t is skipping. Why am I so mad that he's skipping. I felt something poke me on my shoulder.

"You ain't gonna talk to me ?", it was Robert poking me with the rubber on the bottom of his pencil. I rolled my eyes and actually started listening to Mr Thompson.

"Hey", he said as he rested his palm on my arm, why does this feel so good.

"Hello" I pulled my arm away from his it was too much.

"I can't wait", he said.

"Huh" I responded.

"I can't wait for you to text me tonight",he couldn't keep eye contact and I wondered if it was a good or bad thing.

"What else can you do", I smirked.

"Go out with me after school", he smiled.

"Aren't you still gonna be waiting?"

"Yea but at least this way I'll see you", he did that eyebrow thing, that eyebrow thing does alot for me.

"ok" I said shyly.

"ok what?", he said as if he doesn't know what I am talking about.

"I'll go out with you", i responded as I rolled my eyes.

He got up and started walking away untill he turned around looked at me and said

"By the way I'm going to class now", he smiled and left.

Richard was conversation with one of his females so I didn't think I needed to blab to him till after school. School went by so slow, It was the last class of day and it was like two extra hours got added to class time. Finally the bell rang and I actually ran to the parking lot and waited for Richard. While waiting Brianna came up to me.

"Hey Morgan" she said.

"Hey Brianna" I responded.

"I saw you talking to Robert today"there it was what she wanted from me, to know my business.

"yea" I said trying to end the conversation.

"He's a bad guy Morgan, he plays with people, I don't want to see you hurt Morgan". I remained silent.

"We are friends Morgan, and Robert is my friend too and I don't want you talking to him. He's bad news.

"Right" I said, but really wanted to say "so we are friends now, we are so close now. After you stopped talking to me for whatever reason, suddenly you interested in my life, oh please save that bull for someone else you basic female."

"So where is Richard"

"I don't know" and with that there was Richard walking over to the car.

"Richie" Brianna literally screamed.

"Hey Bri" richard got into the car and so did I and with that he said

"Bye Bri" and we drove off.

We started singing along with the radio and I started dancing untill he turned the music down and asked.

"How was school?"

"School was okay" I responded.

"Anything interesting happen today?" he raised his brow. It wasn't like when Robert did it and I got all tingly but gotta hand it to the guy he is very good looking.

"I got a date later" I said looking down at the floor of the car. I could feel the blood flow to my face increase.

"I know"

"How?" I said, I thought he was way too caught up with his females to even realize.

"I heard everything I sit right infront of you Morggie".

"Weren't you conversing with your girls" I hissed.

"My girls ?" he responded as we pulled up to my house.

"Nevermind" I replied.

" Be careful later, don't let him hurt you".

"Oh you suddenly care" I replied.

"What's that's supposed to mean, you've never done this before Morgan, I just don't want you to get hurt, you don't know him" he sounded all concerned.

"I knew him before I knew you".

"People can change".

"Whatever" I got up out of the car and stormed into my house. I didn't even acknowledge my mother, went straight to my room. The audacity of this boy. He didn't even talk to me all day because he was so busy with the girls that were tripping all over him. Today was hard for me and he wasn't there and now he has something to say. He's suddenly Yoda. I took a quick shower to calm myself down. I got out of the bathroom and saw a message from Robert, which read "pick you up at 6".

It is 5:15 now so I decided to go look for clothes. Wait he didn't tell me where we are going so I don't know what to wear. I finally decided to have a dress on standby in case he came looking all fancy, I'd run up to my room and change. I put on high waisted black ripped jeans and a navy blue long sleeved loose crop to that hung right over the nape of my high waisted jeans. I finished with my navy blue vans, I then decided to let my curly hair loose. I ran downstairs to inform my mother who that I was going out tonight and she asked what time I'd be back and I responded with "Before my curfew".

It was now 6:00 pm and I was now waiting untill at 6:01 pm I heard a ring on the doorbell. I was already coming down the stairs when my mother opened the door and said,"Long time no see Robert, you've gotten so big".

"Hey Mrs DuPont" I heard him respond.

I took up my purse and said "bye mom".

"Bye Morgan and 11pm" she said.

"I know Mom" I blushed.

As I closed the door behind me, I heard Robert say "Hey you".

I looked at him and smiled, "You're late".
