The nerd's disguise

It was a early Sunday morning, Tiara was up early as she had to catch a flight to korea. She knew she was going to have a new life but did she expect the change that was awaiting her? Tiara POV: Ugh am I even ready to live alone? That too in a whole new country...What am I gonna do there all alone without family or friends. I wish I could take my bestfriend with me but I'm going there for further studies *eye roll*. So many thought kept going on in my mind that's when I heard mom calling mom: "Tiara its time let's go" "coming mommmm" I said as I proceeded to go downstairs. When I arrived downstairs I saw my parents my 2 elder sisters and my bestfriend waiting for me, we all went into the car and left for the airport during our trip there we spoke about various good memories together and how much they are going to miss me for these 4 years. At this point I just didn't wanna go anymore but I had to because I had to achieve my dream to study business administration and become one of the BEST in it just 4 more years until I achieve my dreams. Dad keeps bothering me about when I'm going to get married as I'm already 23years old but he also understands that I want to achieve my goals and take care of myself in order to not depend on anyone after marriage. After 30 min of driving we arrived at the airport so I gave everyone a hug. Told my mom and dad not to worry too much about me and my sisters to take care of them for me while I'm gone. My bestfriend started tearing up so I hugged her and told her that I'll call her everyday, was gonna come visit every vacation and it's only 4 years I'll be back SOON! With all that being said I took my luggage and walked to go in the airplane. When the airplane took off I saw everything getting smaller and smaller it hit me that I'm not going to see my hometown for not an entire year until vacation and its gonna stay like that until these 4 years passed After a long 13 hour flight I finally arrived in Korea . Everything was so much different in Korea,I can't even speak proper Korean I just know a few words as I'm a Kpop/Kdrama fan I've been listening to bts for 4years now but my favourite Group is Astro,I don't really get too involved in the fanbases as I've been so busy with school but I've been supporting their music for a while I also love other groups music; Exo,Got7, Straykids, Blackpink,twice etc etc. Thank God they spoke English at the college where I'm going I somehow managed to get a taxi and got to the campus ,apparently the left side has the boys hostel and the right side has the girl hotel while right infront of me was the college it was HUGE. I figured I'll go get settled in the hostel first then go to college and figure out where and what time my class are *BOOM* and there I am on the floor my bag fell down and opened which made my clothes scatter on the floor,a bruise on my elbow which hurted alottttt and infront of me a guy who I apparently bumped into he had his hair nicely combed had glasses on while wearing a dark blue Jean's and white shirt with books scattered all around him. He fixed his glasses got up looked around him for his books then saw me and gave me his hand to help me get up. I took his hand and got up he said unknown guy: I'm so sorry I was looking at the books and didnt see u coming I'm really very sorry me: ohw it's okay I should've looked infront of me as well unknown guy:* smilingly said * should I help u with ur luggage? I'm assuming you're going to the girls hostel?... me: yes I am actually and thanks for offering help but I think I can manage it myself unknown guy: oh come on it's fine let me help i feel bad cause i made ur clothes and all get scattered all around so pls let me help u me:okay if u insist so we both started picking up our stuffs from the floor he had about 4 books in total and I picked up all of my clothes from the floor and put it back in my bag then he took it from me. I somehow found him to be pretty charming and I dont even know why,I never find a guy that bumped into me who looks like a nerd or any other guy for that matter this charming especially not on the first meeting And so we walked silently until we arrived at the hostel. He spoke to the lady at the hostel then she smiled at me took my luggage and told me my room no was 18B and also told me that I'll be having 3 other roommates and also that I cant come to the hostel later than 9 pm. I slightly bowed and said thank you then she left to put my luggage in my room .I then turned to face the unknown guy standing next to me smilingly and also thanked him for his help. me: thank you for your help mr unknown guy unknown guy: No Need to thank me and you can call me by my name. My name is Lee Dong-Min me: Dong-min got it! My name is tiara O'Neill nice to meet you i said while forwarding my hand to shake his ,he also forwarded his hand and we shook hands. At that moment I felt a strange connection with him again ,I guess he was a charming nerd me: can I maybe get you're number. dont get me wrong it's just you're the only one I know here Dong-min: no no it's ok I understand we then exchanged numbers and greeted each other goodbye then went our separate ways ,as I was going inside I turned to see him leave and then went inside. The hostel lady told me that I dont need to go to the college right now as I just arrived and that I should go tomorrow I said okay and went to my room. When I opened the door the hostel looked like I was in paradise the room was so so sooo beautiful there were 2 girls already in the room. They both saw my amused face expression when I walked in and said. both:beautiful isnt it? me: YES!!!!*I smiled then said* hi my name is tiara girl no1: hi my name is Kang Mirae girl no2: hey I'm Kim Go-Eun me: Mirae and Go-Eun nice to meet you I hope we all have a wonderful time with each other for the next 4 years Mirae: yes we will were gonna make this the best room and roommates of this hostel!!! Go-Eun: Definitely. and if anyone annoys u guys then tell me im pretty strong and I have a black belt!!! Me: Oh my god I already love u guys let's have an amazing 4 years together!!!! we all started laughing And so the day passed pleasantly but I for some reason kept thinking about Dong-Min from earlier I wanted to text him but also didnt because I didnt want to seem desperate besides I just wanted to be friends and not give him the wrong idea...ughhhhhh!!!!! nvm I'll just postpone the me and him being friends for whenever we meet again Later that night as I was going to bed I heard a message come on my phone when I check I saw his name pop up on my screen *1 New message from Guy I bumped into*
