Comes this Time to Float I wrote this story to accompany a photo taken for me of a favorite waterfall. I titled it “Water Falls” and published it several places. I named this book after a different story. Then I decided to include this “Water Falls” story instead of “Float,” so I simply renamed this story to match the book title. Yeah, it runs that deep—pun intended. Still, it’s a very serious story, allegorical metaphor, using only one of the many ways this title can and should be interpreted. Water falls. Sun rises.
