THIS IS HER STORY ...
She was a brokenhearted girl when she graduated from high school. She transferred from the city to the countryside because her mom and dad separated. After 12 years of witnessing the relationship between her parents, she didn't understand at first as to why they decided to end their relationship. Everything seemed fine. Everything seemed perfect. But that's what she thought. She thought being together was all it needed to become a happy family. But again she was wrong. Days before they transferred to the province, her parents kept on arguing about things she didn't understand. Every night, her parents would shout at each other, they would ruin things inside their house and, worse, her parents would hurt each other. One day, her dad choked her mom. She saw the anger in her dad's eyes and how her mom was gasping for air. She threw an umbrella to her dad to help her mom. The anger shifted to her, her dad ran after her. He was throwing stuff, but luckily she was able to hide in their room. After that, her father left for work without looking back. That was when they decided to pack their things and leave their dad. When they arrived in the province she thought it would be the start of a new beginning. She thought it would become a better place. But again, she was wrong. And that was where her story started.
She was once a jolly girl who loved to hang around her closest friends. She loved to dance, she loved to sing even though she didn't have that beautiful voice. She loved to participate in contests. She felt excited every time it was their recognition day because she was supported by her parents. She never had a problem at school because she was so active that going to school made her really excited every day. But everything changed in just a snap.
She became distant, she became quiet. She no longer wants to talk to anyone because every time a word comes out from her mouth they find it wrong. People would tell her that she has got this attitude when all she wants is to freely talk about what's inside her head. But when she did this, people still judged her even more, saying that there was something wrong with her attitude and it became worse. Her silence made people think that she got this attitude from her. That she is full of herself. Her silence made her look like a self-centered woman who only cares about herself and does not care about the people around her. She has vices, she smokes, she drinks, she becomes a monster.
But did anyone know she was going through something? None. None because she no longer shares. She kept it all to herself. She kept it all to avoid judgment. But at the end of the day, everyone judged her. That is why she kept those words. She kept these words left unsaid.
