37 I’d slept better after the session with Vince and Glenn than I had for weeks, even if it was only for five hours. Something about the combination of shutting off my brain and getting back in touch with my body. But five-fifteen came early in the morning. I showered, staggered out the door, picked up coffee and a muffin, and found my way to the interstate on autopilot.
