Vampire Twins

Hello. My name is Lance and sitting here next to me is Maya. She is my one true love, but our love seems like it is cursed or forbidden. I will tell you why, but that means you cannot put this book down by any means necessary. Together we fight against another. We have allies as well as enemies and there is a war brewing that cannot seem to be stopped. With that in mind, let me tell you my story first. Only with that can anyone start to understand why I’m still around and how I came across my love. Death’s not the end. Truthfully there is no end. Many creatures will die, but the world will go on. Most “human” life will end, but we will go on. I am an immortal creature that feeds off the blood of others. We are formally called vampires. Mortals haven’t figured out how to kill us yet, though we can killed by many different objects and creatures. All mortals run in fear of the terrifying, soulless, bloodsucking monsters they see before they die. I have watched many other die by my hand for a very long time. I have been in hiding for the past 200 hundred years and I assure you that you need to do the same.
