After leaving the hospital, Lucius considered returning home but decided against it.
After what Diana and Jerome did, it was clear that he couldn't call the Augustus family house home any longer.
He swore to get back at them, but first, he needed to ensure that Rachel was safe and if she wished to remain with him.
If she didn't, he would divorce her so she'd be able to live her life but if she did, he swore to give her the world if she wished for it.
She'd spent so long with him, sacrificing so much for his sake, so how could he not do the same for her now that he'd come across such a mysterious power?
Taking a deep breath, he decided to put some things into motion to ensure that if she agreed to stay with him, she wouldn't regret it.
Just as he thought to send her a text, he realized that he had lost his cellphone during the fall.
As much as he wished to return to see her, he couldn't do so, at least, not yet.
Putting it at the back of his mind to get a cellphone so he'd be able to reach her, he called out to the system.
“Can I open another account for someone else?”
[That is possible but it would have to be with a physical bank. Do you have any in mind?]
“Yes,” Lucius remarked.

CvC Holdings was a banking conglomerate owned by the powerful Gray family.
They only opened accounts for the wealthy in society, which meant that even middle-class men were not allowed to join.
It was considered a privilege to have a bank account with them, a privilege only given to the upper echelons of society which was why Lucius wasn't shocked by the disdainful stares sent his way by the security guards as they watched him enter.
Having gotten a cab to drop him off at the bank, he headed straight for CvC to clarify if the system had truly done what it said.
Unfortunately, it would seem he would have to deal with the guards first as they quickly accosted him.
“What is beggar scum like you doing on this grounds?” The first guard asked disdainfully.
Lucius snorted. “Mind how you speak to me, I am a valuable customer with CVC.”
Initially taken aback by Lucius's words, the guards exchanged looks before bursting into mocking laughter.
“Did you hear this clown, Morty?... He actually thinks he has an account with CVC.”
“It must be the poverty. It has driven him mad without a doubt.”
They jeered and mocked but Lucius grinned with delight as he watched his channel quickly fill up with viewers.
Taking a deep breath, he remarked. “If you don't believe me, you can always go and call an accountant, they will verify my claim.”
“Just shut up and get out of here before I manhandle you.” The guard spat back, unable to understand just how delusional one person could be.
“Unfortunately, I don't plan on leaving.”
“Why you…” Just as the guard intended to beat up Lucius, a car horn resounded drawing their attention toward the gate.
The guards immediately rushed toward the gates upon realizing who was honking, their arrogant demeanor with Lucius completely gone.
Lucius considered continuing on his way inside but decided to wait, watching as the guards did their work with utmost respect and diligence.
A convoy populated with limited edition jeeps drove in and parked a few meters away from Lucius before suited men armed with guns and wearing shades jumped down and lined up beside the car at the center of the convoy.
A second later and the door was opened by one of the suited men, revealing an incredibly beautiful woman wearing a beautiful red gown and minimal makeup.
She looked like a fairy as she got down and glanced around.
The guards immediately rushed to greet her. “We pay homage to the daughter of the Gray family.”
The woman didn't respond as her eyes landed on Lucius, scrutinizing the man as he did the same to her.
Noticing that she hadn't replied, the guards followed her gaze before cursing inwardly as they glared at Lucius.
“Are you stupid or are your legs not working, you f*****g beggar?... Get on your knees and pay homage!” One of the guards scolded him in annoyance.
Lucius raised a brow. “Why?”
Before the guards could reply, the girl inquired. “Who are you?”
Lucius shrugged. “Just a customer of CvC here to check on his account. Unfortunately, these clowns didn't let me in.”
“You have an account here?” The woman couldn't be more shocked as she further scrutinized Lucius.
From his dirty clothes to the flip-flops he wore, he was the definition of poverty, yet he dared to claim he had an account with CVC?
She was tempted to directly send him to the police station for constituting a nuisance but his confidence got her curious.
“Look, this bank only caters to the upper echelons of society, not people like you. Do you know how much is needed to open an account?... 3 million dollars and that's just the down payment. Have you ever seen a thousand dollars talk more than a million?”
Lucius rolled his eyes. “I know that so can I go in now?”
The woman furrowed her brows before gesturing to a guard who quickly handed over her phone.
She placed a call, and within minutes, the person on the other end arrived.
A middle-aged man soon arrived, accompanied by his assistant.
“Ms. Sarah, I wasn't expecting you today.”
Ignoring his words, she inquired. “Does this man have an account with us?”
The man glanced at Lucius. “I'd think I'd know when we started giving out charity, Ms. Sarah.”
“Yet he claims to have an account with us.”
“Oh please, do away with his nonsense. I'll have him kicked out immediately.”
As the middle-aged man spoke, he gestured to the guards, who immediately moved to apprehend Lucius.
