AFTER SOME TIME

AT THIRD PERSON'S POW:

A Monday came pretty quickly. Everything was like usual, but when Adam went into his room he saw a uniform lying on the chair. He looked at the uniform and noticed that it had a star form clip. The uniform was TTV section color and Adrian understood what was going to happen. Adam finished getting ready when his father came inside the room.

-You look good, son.-Adam's dad said.

-Thanks, dad.-Adam said and smiled.

-I think you should finish getting ready.-Adam's dad said.

AT THE SAME TIME

AT ADAM'S POW:

I kept looking at the uniform and noticed that his uniform star was only a transparent color. It was a bit confusing, knowing that his section was grey.

-Why are the stars transparent?-I asked.

-It is normal. After a selection ceremony, it will have your section color.-Dad said.

-I understand, but it is kinda silly to buy a new uniform for that.-I said.

-It is a rule that everyone follows.-Dad said and I nodded.

-It is dumb.-I said and left the house.

Close to the school, I saw all of the students gathered in the same spot. I knew that we were going to take an exam inside our classroom, so it was a bit weird to see all of the students waiting outside school.

-Because of a revolution, we are taking exams at different spots. You need to sit on a bus that is leaving in ten mins.-Teacher said.

I walked closer to the other students and they seemed to be confused about it like I was at that moment. It was so confusing and weird, but nobody gave much attention to it, since all of the students wanted to check some things so they could be fully ready for the exam.

-It is time to go.-School direction said and all of us walked inside the bus.

were traveling to the other side of the town into the main house. I heard about this place before, so it was not a new thing for me. I knew that this place was an exam spot. It was an old big building made from big old types of colored bricks and most of the students have seen it at least once in their lives. In the middle of the house there was a star built that had all of the sections' colors and one color was still missing. I was sure that it was a not needed color or something like that. I think that could actually mean another section or something like that. I would not be surprised if that would be a correct answer.

-It might be a builder's mistake.-Kim said and I shrugged.

Maybe he is right about it. I need to think about other things right now.

-it's time to come inside.-A building guard said, and all of the students, including me, started walking inside of the building.

I saw a woman standing close to the entrance and she was wearing a colorful coat. I had never seen a person wearing clothes like that, so it looked quite interesting to me.

-Today you will have your test. Good luck.-She said.

She opened a door and I saw students from other schools who are gathered here to take exam too. I had never thought that I would go to see so many students in one place.

After her words, all of the students started to mutter and I saw how all of them got into the line.

-All of you need to give your cards, so we will know the identities of the people who took the exam. -A woman said.

I nodded and got in line. I knew that my surname was last on the list, so I was pretty surprised when I was called.

-Adam.-Woman said and I walked closer to her. -Here you go.

I took a card and saw the number five on it. I nodded and opened a number five room door before walking inside. After I got inside the room, I saw a woman sitting close to the dentist's type of chair and I saw her waiting for me.

-I am Adam.-I said and gave her a number card.

-I know who you are. Sit down and I will explain to you everything.-She said.

I nodded and sat down on the chair.

I smiled and saw her looking at me with a supportive look.

-This exam is about practical and theoretical. Before, students were writing tests but we find out that it is way easier for them to find out student skills in a way like that.-A woman said and handed me a small glass.

I looked inside of the glass and saw a white-colored liquid. I felt how she placed a helmet on her head.

-when you drink this you will appear in a simulation. Your job is to choose an answer that is most suitable for you.-She said and I nodded again.-Do you understand everything?

-I do.-I said.

I took a glass in my hand and swallowed that drink. It tasted pretty sweet. I felt how she touched my shoulder.

-Go through that door.-She said and I saw a dark door that I hadn't noticed before.

I nodded and stepped through the door. I felt how it closed behind me. Time to start the exam.
