Even though I don’t agree with my wolf about taking a mate just for the purpose of getting stronger, I’m still dialing Brandon’s number. My eagerness to see him is probably due to the heat creeping in. Arizona said I would feel it full force tomorrow, which means tonight might be the only time I can see Brandon without trying to jump his bone.
Arizona hums inside my head. ‘You know, now that I think about it, Brandon isn’t that bad either. He is tall and strong, and he has a nice body...not that you’ve ever seen him naked, but he is at least six-foot-two of pure Alpha muscle.’
