CHAPTER 1-A FRIDAY NIGHT ENCOUNTER
It was a typical Friday night in Bramford, West Virginia and I was spending it in a classic way. I was in the middle of the woods, making out kissing with my boyfriend Bobby in his Ford Pickup truck. As he is used to, he was trying to grasp my boobs and caress them and I was persistently pushing his hands away off my boobs. Yes, that is right! While the situation was usual for me and Bobby, we were the reverse of the standard teenage couple. He wanted us to have s*x but I wanted us to wait so it could be special. Bobby was a red- blooded teenage guy. He played football in our school. He was addicted to video games. He and his friends could go great lengths to catch cheap beer in order to fuel parties that they held when their parents were out of town. Bobby was drop-dead gorgeous. Most girls of my age would die to date him and perform his s****l requests. Well, that’s not me. "Bobby" I sighed, grabbing his wrist and forcing it away from my chest "Not tonight, okay?" It was an old argument and I knew Bobby was getting sick of it. I and Bobby had been dating since freshman year. We are seniors now, both of us seventeen. Bobby felt everyone else were having s*x and so, we ought to go with the flow. Sometimes, I feel like he thinks we are the oldest virgins in our school. No! In the world! Bobby sat back in his seat and gazed angrily out of the windshield. He stared at the shadowy trees surrounding our truck in the darkness. We parked somewhere in the middle of the woods. He crossed his arms over his chest looking angrily. "Is anything wrong with me?" he asked the trees, not facing me. "Bobby, please" I pleaded, holding his shoulder. He immediately turned on me. "Am I ugly? Aren't you attracted to me?" "You know I think you are gorgeous" I replied with a pleading look. "Then what is it, Bella? What exactly is the problem?" I repeated my statement which I have told him several times. "I just want it to happen when it is right. You know, the right time" "When is the right time going to come?" asked Bobby. He sounded like I was mistreating him "Honestly, I don't know. But we will know when it is time. Can't we just kiss and cuddle?" I asked, looking frustrated. "I don't feel like doing that anymore, I am tired of it" he replied "Oh no," I moved closer to him trying to cuddle him and rub his head. "It is just that, you are always rejecting me and before you know it, it tends to affect a guy's confidence" he said calmly "Look, you can't just want me to have s*x with you all the time. I am the girl. I should be willing and comfortable. You are just rushing things." He frowned at me like I was being annoying. "I love you so much, Bella!" said Bobby looking helpless" And I really want to be with you. I want to be as close to you as I can possibly get." "I love you too Bobby" I replied and I leaned across the truck to give him a romantic kiss again. His kiss was so sweet and soft and he caressed my cheek with the back of his fingers. I let myself get lost in his kisses. Let his hand roam over my back. I curled my body over him and put my hands round his neck. I love Bobby wholeheartedly. Is that not what matters most? Not s*x or any other thing. I felt Bobby's hands going a little lower to cut the curve of my ass. I pulled his hand off. "You've got to be kidding!" he exclaimed "Please!" I pleaded "Let's just kiss" "Screw you!" he snapped "Are you a lesbian?" WHAT! I glared at Bobby very angrily "Take me home!!!" "I'm ... I'm sorry! I didn't mean it" He begged "I said take me home" I shouted angrily I never completed my statement then we both heard a beating sound, as if something was running through the woods. Our head both snapped towards the sound. "Probably a deer!" I said, stretching my neck to see. Bobby turned the key and ignited his truck. Then he flipped on his headlights. But instead of a deer, what we saw was a boy...a man.....a guy ....racing through the forest towards us! He ran like something really big and dangerous was chasing him. His dark hair was covered to his forehead with sweat. His clothes were dirty and torn. His eyes were completely sick, aimless, wild and hopeless. He ran so desperately that you could immediately sense that it was a life or death situation. "What!" I cried, flinging open the door to the truck. "Bella, wait!" cried Bobby, my boyfriend. But I was already out of the truck, hurrying to intercept the stranger whom I knew was in danger. I rushed to him throwing my hands out to stop him. But he couldn't stop in time and we collided. We both fell to the ground and rolled from the impact. He rolled, I rolled until we both ended up in a really controversial and funny position. He was mounted on top of me while I was below his muscled body. Up close, I could stare into his dark wild eyes. My jaw almost dropped. He was handsome! His hair was black and full, covering part of his eye and forehead. His face, his lips, he looked like a legend out of a rock and roll magazine. He was just handsome. He smelt like sweat, earth and fear and he kept gasping. He finally blinked twice and rolled off me. Somehow, I felt disappointed that he rolled off! Damn! What is wrong with me? "Are you okay?" I asked him The guy shot a glance behind him, still breathing hard. "Get me out of here!" he pleaded, in a really frightened voice. I didn't need any more words. I grabbed his hand and pulled him towards the truck. Bobby had stepped out of the truck and was making his way towards us. "Bobby let's go!" I screamed, pushing the boy into the truck. I slammed the door shut. Bobby got back in. He stared at me, then at the guy, his eyes were full of questions. "Go!" cried the guy "Drive! Just drive!" He kept staring back at the forest as if he expected something to jump out any second. "DRIVE!" I screamed at Bobby and he put the car on reverse. We drove out as fast as possible. As I stared at the stranger, I felt something I have never felt before. I felt a stimulation in my soul.
