Selena’s POV
I woke up, feeling more rested than I expected after the night I’d had. But that may have something to do with the fact that my body was bubbling with happiness.
Lifting up my hand, I once more couldn’t help grinning with pure euphoria at seeing the ring on my finger. It was perfectly simple, yet so beautiful and stunning, I couldn’t have imagined a better ring.
And then there was the fact that I was now engaged to Rain!
I giggled out loud--- and then looked around to see if I could find the arrogant fucker. But the bed was empty, and his place next to me was cold. His clothes were gone, and my heart sank when I remembered the other thing he’d told me last night.
Hurrying as much as I could, I found an oversized hoodie--- and a note on the table.
