Mitch - Revial

Mitch woke up early the sun was coming into the room through their curtains. however he had not opened his eyes. He had been thinking of his day after he had gone for a walk. the night before.

"Where were you? You're not sick, again your brother had to cover for you? Do you have any idea how it makes him and me look" His father paced their bedroom they had not even got down for breakfast yet before their father barged in. He was a big man well-built he had to be as he was one of the packs Betas. “Well?"

“I was just wondering, yes I was outside of pack territory, and yeah I was out of mind link babble, I mean reach... but you know I don't like them things Hello Alpha how are you? Hello Alpha how are you? Would you like food Alpha no but I would like you to wipe me arse” Mitch spoke in a very deep voice mimicking the Alphas he was trying to get his dad to be less cross. It worked of course, as a small smirk came across his lips at his sons display.

“Well next time son at least let your brother in on your plans, he is a rubbish liar even worse when he is caught off guard. But at least you are safe that's all I truly cared about but please mate, don't do it again especially not a meeting that important”. His father started to walk out of the room he was a busy man after all.

“ It was that important your not even going to tell me what I missed? “ Mitch shouted after him.

“I'm sure Jackson will fill you in as at least he was listening” his farther than left.

Jackson rolled his eyes his brother always got away with things easily.

Mitch had caught his brothers look, however Jackson as his punishment had refused to tell him what was happening, he said he would tell him this morning. That however meant Mitch spent most of the day with no clue to what others were speaking about at meal time. His brother just sat there with a smug look on his face.

Mitch got up and went for a run, or more so Dash did. He changed into his wolf form just outside the pack door leaving his clothes in the door way. Dash had been restless since the night with that creature he wanted to know more.

The wolf ran through the trees smelling the different scents of the pack. They ran through the fields of sun flowers, that caught Mitches attention as they was nearing the pack border.

“Dash stop I know where you're going but no, right now we can't. We have not caught her scent again and father would kill us if we went out of range again while the Alphas are still here.”

The wolf stopped at the edge of pack territory he could see the patrols doing there run, there was more today as some other Alphas had brought some of their patrols too making sure they were all safe. “ I want to go to look, I want to know what she was. We should tell Jackson he will know as that kid knows everything”

Dash had a point Jackson knew a lot as he spent lots of his time in the pack library, what he lack in strength he made up for in brain.

“We will speak to Jackson then but let's not get into more trouble hmm” Dash must have agreed with Mitches words as they started heading back to the pack house. They changed back to human on the move the wolf jumped into the air, and Mitch landed on the ground. They had practiced that in training the pain didn't happen anymore, and the burn was welcome. Mitch and Dash had been changing for two years now since Mitch was sixteen he let his wolf through. Mitch put on his shorts and made his way through the pack house. It was still early, but the food hall was starting to get busy.

Mitch went In and put a spoonful of everything in his plate egg, sausage, tomatoes, bacon and toast. He got Jackson a plate of pancakes and bacon that would keep him happy while they spoke. He made his way back to the room.

The room was tidy as Jackson kept it that way, there wasn't a lot of things out of place except for some of Mitch's clothes on the floor that Jackson was trying really hard not to pick up and Mitch had dropped to piss Jackson off. There was two single beds in the room in opposite sides, an on suit bathroom and a balcony with sliding doors. It was nice for them both and it was nice to have his twin around.

Jackson was still in his bed but sitting up reading he raised an eyebrow at the plates of food.

“What have you done now"

Mitch laughed putting the food on the bed and making himself comfy. “ Why? What makes you say that? Can't a brother just get his twin some food in the mornings"

“No they can't, the last time you did this you had punched Joshua in the mouth for no reason” Jackson put his book down giving his brother full attention, hoping that would make him crack.

Mitch rubbed the back of his neck and avoided eye contact with Jackson. “ It wasn't exactly for no reason the wolf laughed with his mates during training after he gave me a low blow and played dirty making me fall.. , so I punched him... did he do it again ... no... did I get in to trouble... yes.... would I do it again.... most likely."

Jackson rolled his eyes Mitch sometimes couldn't control his anger but that made him funny. He picked up the plate of pancakes and started eating. “ So spit it out"

“Well the other night-” Mitch started to explain.

“Seeeeee I knew there was something” Jackson cut Mitch off, but soon went quiet again after hearing a growl of annoyance escape from Mitch's mouth. His eyes for a moment went black Dash was getting impatient, they soon went back to brown as Mitch was able to talk. This only interested Jackson more as it was very rare these days Dash take control unwillingly unless he really wanted something.

“ So, me and Dash was exploring, just getting away from the noise really. Then we smelt something it was strange it was our scent, but there was a sweetness to it but it was over sweet which turned into sickness. It's a bit like vampire scent when it's just too much that it burns your nose and makes you sick. So of course Dash went as he was curious and it was a girl.”

Jackson frowned but stayed silent still eating his pancakes.

“She was human but like ours I expected her eyes to be black, but they were gold. Dash being Dash grabbed her but erm well she kinda over powered him, and we ended up on are arse.” Mitch expected Jackson to laugh that he got beat by a girl, but he just sat there in silence thinking. “So what was she"

Jackson stood he put his empty plate on the floor and went over to his books, he must have found the one he was looking for as he started flicking through. “Fairies no, goblins no, vampires no, no no no no” He closed the book. “ Are you sure gold is what you saw"

Mitch could feel Dash pacing in his mind he wanted to know what she was, he thought Jackson would know, but he didn't he would have to figure out another way. “Yes it was Gold” Mitch then felt a rush, and he was pushed back as his eyes turned black. Before Jackson could respond he grabbed him walking out of the room, he was on a mission.

“Jackson just like you have always wanted we are going to officially join the humans-”

“Wait Dash I have never said I want to join the- "

“Hush Jackson they have more books now let's go find the Alpha” They walked through the pack house with Jackson still being dragged and Dash with a big grin on his face. He had control and he thought his plan would work.
