Human Hybrid Alpha

Mother - Run

She walked slowly through the tunnel to the door upstairs. She bit her lip a little she hoped her young one would stay quiet. It was a strange feeling to be scared in your own home, she didn't need to be scared surely they wouldn't harm their own Luna. Surely her mate the farther of her child would not cause her harm. She felt Rose whimper she had lost her mate to that night. 

“ I Kai Alpha of the sunflower clan reject you Piper as my mate and Luna” 

She closed her eyes for a moment as she felt the pain in her chest once more. The door leading to the pack kitchen was unlocked she guessed they didn't think she would try to escape. They obviously underestimated the bond between mother and child. Piper listened and moved slowly instinct taking over as she made her way through the pack house through the kitchen and out of the back door. She shivered for a moment as the cold breeze hit her skin. She wore the same dress she did on that day over three weeks ago. She had given birth in the dress the stench of her miss treatment was overpowering. 

If this was to work she needed to get some clothes, so they couldn't track her as well. She knew her pack had the best trackers as she had trained most of them herself. She was a hands on Luna she always had been. She moved towards one of the trees she picked up a set of women's clothes she hoped would fit. They had clothes scattered everywhere just in case someone shifted and found themselves undressed on shifting back into their human form. 

She moved quickly listening, but she knew how to play the system. Through the trees she moved knowing where to step. She made it to the pack border and got undressed, she had been well to get this far unchallenged. The fresh night air and movement caused the small baby to stir. She wriggled and opened her eyes a soft cry passed her lips. Piper cooed her baby stroking her head and carried on. She was out of the pack territory. She kept moving but tiredness started to creep as she was weak. She would need to get to a safe place and decide then what to do. 

Rose was still restless as she was on edge it had gone to smoothly, her wolf wanted out she wanted to run free. Piper got to the stream and washed her body of the stench of dirt. She the put on the new clothes, at least this way her smell would for the time being be washed down the stream. She walked for what seemed like hours until she got to the human town. Piper lived in a time when her kind was just myths and legends to the humans. You do not expose yourself to the humans. Piper didn't have to worry here she could fight off any human that challenged her. She just needed to rest her legs felt heavy, and she couldn't walk much longer, she would be no good to her daughter exhausted. She walked to an alley and sloped down the wall and sat on the floor. 

“So, we move out of the cage with stone floors to go and sit outside on stones instead? Brilliant idea” 

Piper smirked hearing Rose's sarcastic tone in her mind. 

“This wasn't the plan Rose but we made it. Our daughter is safe for now just let me rest then we will figure out what next” 

Piper closed her eyes she felt her wolf take over her human body as her eyes now opened and turned black. Rose had control now. 

“Rest Piper I will keep watch” Rose kissed the baby's head and lifted her top to feed her child. There was hope in her heart that this would be a fresh start for her and their baby. She hoped her pack would not come looking for them, and he would not send the pack on a hunt for the infected child. Rose felt a growl grow at the back of her throat as she remembered how Alpha Kai had referential to their unborn child as infected. Rose watched the baby feed and loved filled her heart how could anything so beautiful cause, so much trouble. 

“Sir, I believe we have found her” Rose stood quickly. She obviously was not meant to have received that mind link. It had been from Roco one of the junior warriors if he was here, then he was close for his mind link to have reached her. He was still learning. 

They must have discovered her missing overnight as the sun had been up for a couple of hours now. Piper took back control her mind swirling trying to think of an escape plan. She knew they would be in their human form, so not to expose themselves, so she was easily matched for them. She walked out into the streets in was noisy cars from the morning traffic sped by. Piper could smell her pack, she could see her pack what had he told them for them to turn on their Luna. But reality hit she wasn't a Luna now she was a rogue that knew too much. Two of the Alpha's beta was very close behind as she walked down the street she swerved in and out of the humans keeping her baby close. 

The humans watched her she must have looked a mess, but right now the more attention she had the better. 

She felt someone come at the side of her and grab her arm walking her quicker. Piper went to attack, but once she saw, it was one of the female doctors, she stopped as she could out match her if needed. 

“We are all here Piper please just keep moving quickly as we talk. The warriors have been given the order to kill, the Alphas order there is nothing they can do.”

“What did he tell you all? Then why have you not killed me already" She couldn't help but spit the words out. Rose was ready to fight back she wouldn't go down easy. They kept walking through the crowd of people. 

“ I don't know fact I just know the rumors. But I am a healer not a warrior I didn't get the command. We thought you had been taken it wasn't until this morning, when the alarm was raised we found you had been here all along. How is your daughter? I know a place close by just keep walking.” 

“ My daughter is well, have you heard about hybrids before? What are the chances? I was bitten I didn't have s*x with one of those vile night stalkers” 

“ The fact is that night the bite should have killed you, they should have killed you the fact your alive but the bite has not healed is strange. The venom would still have been in your blood stream and to your baby” 

Piper looked down at her child, she saw the doctor inspecting the bite on her neck just above her shoulder. She made eye contact with the doctor noticing her eyes black and distracted. She was mind linking however someone more experienced must be communicating as Piper heard nothing
