Hours later, the break time bell rang and in the cafeteria, the students sat eating, enjoying their food with their usual chitter-chatter. Blake and Arthur also who were both having grilled cheese sandwiches with a side of curly chips, talking about his lab partner Stella.
“Stop trying to make something out of nothing, it was just two friends studying together, that’s it,” he said chuckling. “What is your problem?”
They laughed.
“I want to know who she is,” she said, continuing to tease him.
“Why?”
“Because I think there’s more going on here than you’re letting on.”
“Well, there isn’t. We’re just friends and that’s it,” Arthur said.
“So why are you blushing?”
“I am not blushing.”
“You are so blushing.”
“O.k.,” he said continuing to eat and she laughed.
