In the early years of 2003, there is a rumors spreads among culture around the world, that they said in this particular religion, the prophecy said that when 1/3 rain it's gonna start to happens, it was a sign for the end of the world is about to get near. But you see, people who being people is only care about status, fame, luxury, power, which is all that kinda stuff that humans desire being driven by. then the years 2050 came in, finally the prophecy came true. but then during 1/3 rain is starts to occur, nobody care which they being ignore the sign for the past 300 years. But now the years is 2350, the rain is starts to approach into 2/3 rain, there some people in this world start to realize that the end of the world is near. Majority of people being in this particular religion believe that the end of world is near, while the rest is skeptical with that nonsense. during this crisis, there are 3 new major superpowers that having huge impact boosting the world economy, which they represent as a volunteer speaker for their continents which is Asia, Africa and South America. during the world council meeting between all nation across the globe, only 3 of them sign the veto out of 4 which is North America, Antarctica, Oceania and Europe which they dismiss. this special programs is being call it as 'The Bastion', Which the directive protocol is to save the last remaining humanity civilization by becoming self sufficient enough went the world start to dry out. The city itself is highly advanced, 100% green technology city and insanely futuristic feature which people call it as the last city on earth. There are 3 types for these cities represent their richest part in their continents which is 'Forest City', located in Singapore, represented as Asia. then the 'Savannah City', Located in Mauritius, represented as Africa and finally the 'Meadow city', located in Chile, represented as South America.
