Samantha's POV
I couldn't sleep last night. I kept tossing and turning in my bed as the Dean's threat kept echoing in my mind. I was trapped in a complete state of dilemma.
First, I needed to find the cure as soon as I could, I was already on track but I needed to speed the process up, then leave the pack with Adrian. To get Ric out of my heart, I needed to leave Ravenfur. I was terrified I'd only fall deeper the more time I spent here.
The only other home I knew was Arcana Hills, but now that they had their eyes on Adrian, I wasn't sure if returning was a good idea.
