It was an unfavorable situation for the entire pack, what happened that day at the pleasure park was disastrous. But despite that, Samantha and Adrian were now closer to me. They would be staying at my quarters, which meant I’d get to see them every day, unless someone decided to avoid me.
It made me extremely happy, like I was finally having my real family close to me.
Samantha had been discharged from the hospital and was now with Adrian; the way she had been with him, one could tell that she loved him so much. It made me wish I could share in that too.
