Samantha's POV
My eyes remained wide, but the fear grew into annoyance as Alpha Alaric pressed me against the wall. At least this time, he was kind enough to place one hand behind my head, protecting my skull from hitting the wall, but that didn't stop my annoyance,
"I'm going to let you go now, but don't scream," Ric breathed into my ear. The air that left his mouth tickled me, and a shiver ran through me.
He pulled away slowly and glanced at me, his eyes filled with anger that overshadowed my annoyance. What was his deal this time?
