"Sit down," He said, which I proudly did.
"It's a plant," I said, going straight to the point like he had said.
"A plant?" He repeated, looking confused, and I nodded. I hoped I didn't sound crazy.
"It's in Nightveil. I was hoping you could secure an entrance at Nightveil to help me get it." Adam had already briefed Alaric earlier today. I didn't know what he said exactly, but I knew he mentioned my visions to Ric.
"How sure are you?" Seeing that he wasn't asking about how I knew about Nightveil, Adam probably briefed him on that too.
"I'm very sure," I said. What's the worst that could happen? A failed attempt at finding a cure, then we'd find something else. The point was to get him to accept.
