Samantha's POV
"Samantha," Ric had called my name, but he touched me at the same time, and I felt that spark. The one I felt most times when our skin came in a little contact. Ric quickly pulled his hand away too, and came to stand in front of me. He squinted his eyes with a mixture of shock and suspicion, like he knew what I felt. I withdrew my legs, and he watched me intently as I took steps back. "Is there something I need to know?" He spoke again.
"Like what?" I asked, looking anywhere that wasn't him.
"You've become increasingly irritated by me ever since that vision happened. Did you see something that makes you..." He trailed off as if to rethink his words.
